The Recharge & Grow Retreat includes:

Rejuvenation

Relax and rejuvenate in a beautiful nature setting near San Francisco or New York City.

What is the format of the retreat?

The retreat is a fully in-person, 3-day and 2-night immersive experience. You'll join a diverse group of women in engineering for personal recharge and professional development.

A sample day at the retreat looks like:

Morning yoga

Community breakfast

Mushroom omelettes, toast, bagels, jam, seedy granola, greek and coconut yogurt, fresh berries, tea, and coffee
