With a passion for coaching and mindfulness, she empowers individuals to unlock their full potential. Recently, she’s focused on supporting startups as an angel investor and coach.

Ann Bordetsky

NEA, Rival, Uber, Twitter

Ann is a Partner at NEA, where she focuses on early-stage investing in AI, application software, and consumer tech. Prior to NEA, Ann was Chief Operating Officer of Rival (acquired by Live Nation) and held business leadership roles at Uber and Twitter during their growth phase. As an operator, she has seen Silicon Valley startups through each phase of the company-building lifecycle, from first launch to IPO. Ann holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS from UC Berkeley.

Caitlin Colgrove

Hex, Remix, Palantir

Caitlin Colgrove is the CTO of Hex Technologies. Hex is a collaborative data workspace for data scientists and analysts to do data exploration, data modeling, and beautiful reporting. Caitlin has spent her career as a software engineer building data analytics tools, first at Palantir and then later at startups including Remix and Hex. As CTO, she focuses on building incredible products, technology, and teams.

As CTO of Getlabs, Claire leads product, design, and engineering bringing over 25 years of experience as a technology leader. She has helped over a half dozen companies grow and scale to deliver impact-driving products and services, including Carbon Health, Udemy, Netscape, Napster, and Nextag.
Claire was named in the Forbes CIO Next List in 2022, recognizing 50 top tech leaders who help shape the future of business and drive game-changing innovation. She is a Limited Partner at Operative Collective.

Garima Sahai

Cambiar Education, Google

Garima is a seasoned technology and product leader with ~20 years experience at Google from a software engineer in its startup days to an Engineering Director leading multiple teams and billion user/dollar products. She has a strong passion for social impact and is now SVP, Technology at Cambiar Education, a K-12 nonprofit education venture studio; on the Board for Family Engagement Lab, an edtech nonprofit; and advisory Board for Unit of Impact, a B-corp startup enabling small businesses. She has also served as a DEI Lead, Women in Tech champion, google.org volunteer while at Google.

Hannah Sieber

Artyc, Ecoflow, Forbes 30 under 30

Hannah Sieber holds an MS in Earth Science and an MBA from Stanford University. She is a serial entrepreneur in the clean tech and electrification space. She is the CEO and Cofounder of Artyc, which builds and designs battery powered self-cooling containers for shipping temperature sensitive goods. Prior to that she co-founded Ecoflow, a consumer battery company that is valued at over $1 billion. Alongside her co-founders, she was recognized as Forbes 30 under 30 in Energy in 2018 for their work at Ecoflow. She is passionate about building physical products that drive transformational change, improve our climate, and support our communities. Hannah is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has lived in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Beijing.

Lindsay Weissman is a seasoned product management leader specializing in hospitality and consumer marketplaces. As the Founding Product Manager at Kindred, Lindsay leverages her background from prior roles at HotelTonight and Airbnb, as well as her studies at Cornell University’s Hotel Administration program.

Mai is CEO and Co-founder of Curious Addys, a Web3 startup building HeyMint (https://heymint.xyz), a platform for NFT creators to launch/manage NFT collections used by 400K+ collectors and 35K+ creators and helped artists generate over $38 million. Previously, Mai was a senior software engineer at Gusto and VP of BD/marketing at Logbar, a Japanese series B startup where she co-created the world’s first handheld offline translation device, ili. Mai is passionate for bringing women into Web3 space and has spoken at multiple events on the topic of women x Web3.

Mariale Montenegro

Mentaport, Apple, Magic Leap, Yahoo

Mariale, creative developer and entrepreneur, has over 15 years of experience creating immersive experiences that merge the digital and physical worlds using AI. Having worked with companies like Apple, Magic Leap, and Yahoo, she led the development of R&D projects to production. Mariale is now the founder and CEO-CTO of Mentaport, where she focuses on combating deepfakes and protecting copyrighted content using immutable certificates and innovative embedded watermark technology for seamless content validation in the digital world.

Mengmeng Chen

Gather

Mengmeng is the cofounder and CPO of Gather, a seed-stage startup building a next-gen life assistant for women. Before Gather, she built three successful 0-to-1 products, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in top-line revenue for Fortune 500 customers. One of Mengmeng’s guiding principles for life and work is “strategy without execution is just hallucination.”

Natalie Sandman

Spark Capital, Ravelin, Zenefits

Natalie is a General Partner at Spark Capital where she invests in early stage software and fintech companies. Natalie led Spark Capital’s investments in and currently sits on the boards of Durable, Medallion, Noyo, Poggio Labs, Shepherd, Unleash, and Zeal. Prior to Spark Capital, she was Head of Product at Ravelin, a machine learning fraud detection company. Prior to Ravelin, she was one of the first product managers at Zenefits, an HR software platform, where she built insurance, payroll, and HR products during the company’s hyper-growth years from tens to 1,000+ employees. Natalie graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Applied Math, Economics.

Nmachi Jidenma

General Catalyst, Sequoia, WhatsApp

Nmachi Jidenma currently works on the investment team at General Catalyst where she partners with exceptional founders to help build enduring companies. Prior to General Catalyst, she was a Senior Director at Sequoia Capital. Prior to Sequoia Capital, Nmachi served as a global strategy and business development lead at WhatsApp Inc, the world’s leader in mobile messaging with over 2 billion monthly users.

Priyaa Kalyanaraman

Priyaa Kalyanaraman is the CEO and co-founder of Lica World. Prior to Lica, she led the development of several products at Microsoft, Snap, and Waymo, focusing on bringing 0 to 1 generative AI and machine learning applications to consumers.

Purvanshi Mehta

Purvanshi is the CTO and co-founder of Lica World. Prior to Lica, she built large language models at Microsoft and led teams to bring state of the art AI models to consumers. Before joining the industry, she worked in academia focusing on fundamental machine learning and deep learning research.

Sophia Goldberg is the co-founder and CEO of Ansa - a closed loop payments API platform. She is the author of best-selling “The Field Guide to Global Payments” and previously worked across commercial and product roles at Adyen.

Susan Liu

Susan is a Partner at Uncork Capital where she focuses on investing in b2b companies at the seed stage. Susan has had over a decade of experience in VC and is a Bay Area native.

Tinah Hong

Coframe.ai

Tinah is the founding engineer at Coframe. Previously, she studied CS at MIT, and interned at Stripe and Microsoft. She previously was part of the team that ran Prod, a nonprofit accelerator for MIT, Harvard, and Stanford students. She loves singing and playing basketball in her free time, and is interested in the longevity space.
