For recruiting support and talent branding for companies, either party may terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any candidates introduced by the Talent Network prior to the termination of this Agreement shall remain subject to the placement fees as outlined in this Agreement.

The format and delivery of our services (virtual, in-person, etc.) will vary depending on the specific offering. Details will be clearly outlined for each service.
